2. Quotations and pricing

  • Quotes are based on the dates, travellers and services you request and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Prices can change due to supplier rates, exchange rates, taxes or fuel surcharges until your booking is confirmed.
  • Your quotation will clearly list what is included and excluded.

3. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed payment and issue a written confirmation. Payment schedules and methods will be shared with your quotation.

8. Circumstances beyond our control

Weather, natural events, strikes, government restrictions and similar events may affect your trip. Where this happens, we will try to help with alternatives, subject to supplier policies.
